Double En-suite room - Chapel street

I am moving out in the new year and I am looking to find a suitable replacement asap. Double room with en-suite available for rent in Local Crescent, Chapel street, Salford. 25 minute walk to city centre and good bus routes outside the front door. The apartment block has a gym, pool, sauna and steam room which are kept in good condition.

My flatmate is a 29 year old, Irish working professional and I go into the office every day, seldomly working from home. Most evenings I am in the pool /gym or relaxing with a movie but also enjoy a drink in the evening.
