We’ve lived here for almost two years now, and the location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the city centre. The 24/7 on-site security makes it feel really safe, and there’s a locked post room, open communal garden and dog garden, a coffee machine, a gym, and maintenance on hand whenever you need it through the resident portal. Available Room: Larger double bedroom with built in wardrobe. With Jack and Jill bathroom (shower and bath).

Furniture: Sofa, TV stand, Coffee table, Dining room table and chairs, bed and bedside tables.

Bills are NOT included and currently we pay approximately £175 each, on top of the £738 per head here. Parking is available and so are pets at an additional cost.

The tenancy is currently running until May 2026, but there is an option to extend this for as long as you’d like with Oxbow. At the moment I think I will look to extend beyond May.
