Large Bedroom in Shared Peel Park Property

Hello hello,

I've just moved into this lovely house in Peel Park. The room itself is newly converted. The people in the property seem LOVELY (the first guy invited me for a gentle chat on my first day, the second for an episode of suits and the Gal's primary description is friendly!). Unfortunately I need to move to Cambridge, so am needing to move out of the property. Therefore this room is up for grabs!

It's on the first floor of a tidy and friendly house. I know the landlord is wanting to 'cultivate a vibe'. It's a double room with a large lounge area attached. The landlord has been debating over whether to get rid of the sofas and coffee table so you could have a say in that.
There's also a fridge in the room, as well as fridge space downstairs. The kitchen is FULL of gadgets.
The bathroom is shared with two, but I know one of the guys has long hours so I've never had an issue. There's also a nice garden and a cleaner that comes every other week (although with the current flatmates it's hardly needed :) )

It's about 30 mins walk or a short bus/scooter from town. 3 mins from the uni. We have shared bikes that the neighbours given us on long term loan too.

I'm advertising two rooms because I've had a little chat and it could be worked to do either an £850 room in the house, a £950 room in the house or there might be the potential to do both. The £850 doesn't have a living area attached :)
