Hello hello,

I've just moved into this lovely house in Peel Park. The room itself is newly converted. The people in the property seem LOVELY. Unfortunately I need to move to Cambridge, so am needing to move out of the property. Therefore this room is up for grabs!

It's on the first floor of a tidy and friendly house. I know the landlord is wanting to 'cultivate a vibe'. It's a double room with a large lounge area attached. The landlord has been debating over whether to get rid of the sofas and coffee table so you could have a say in that.
There's also a fridge in the room, as well as fridge space downstairs. The kitchen is FULL of gadgets.
