A bit about myself, I'm Peppe, I'm Italian 41 yo, I'm a smoker, I'm living in Manchester 15 years ( same flat) I'm Head chef. About the flat expenses Deposit it's 400 pounds and rent it's 650 plus electricity bill to share every month. Water bill by water reading around 6 months. Electricity on summer time it's an average of 80/100 a month to share. Winter time price can go more higher as all electric furniture in the flat , heaters as well.. water around 250/300 every 6 months can be less. Both bills depends from the usage btw. Can you tell me more about you? How long you thinking to move in for? When you look to move in?.
