Cosy double room

Hey, I’m looking for a new flatmate as my previous one relocated for work. Ideally someone I can actually get along with rather than just coexist with. I live a debrief in the evenings . I’m looking for someone ASAp, but January works too. No pets or couples.

The room is a double with a balcony and a private bathroom. The flat has a shared living room and kitchen for two, and it’s on the 19th floor, so the views are decent. Parking may be available for £80 a month, and there’s a gym in the building.

The location is very convenient. It’s directly opposite Salford Quays tram stop, there’s a Tesco downstairs, and a McDonald’s and a pub across the road.

A bit about me: I work in finance with shifts between 7:30 and 7. I go to the gym regularly, I like quiet nights in, and I’m always up for a pub trip to watch football or the occasional night out. Just looking for someone friendly, easy to live with, and ideally clean.

Also the tenancy is until April so if we’re happy we can renew it but obviously no pressure.
