You’ll also have access to the apartment building’s 24 hour concierge where they will accept your packages and keep them safe. There’s also a lovely gym, fitness studio, sauna, entertainment room, business suite for working and gorgeous roof-space that’s perfect for summer hang outs.
There’s also parking available but with an additional cost not included in the rent.
The property is based in Salford and is extremely accessible to the city centre. It’s a few minutes walk from Cornbrook Tram Stop as well as a range of bus stops too. We’re also very close to Regent Retail Park for all essential shopping.
This room is available to move in from Tuesday 6th January but if you do have any questions and would like to move in earlier please do contact me and I’ll check if it’s possible.
