It's around a 10 minute walk to the University of Salford Peel Park campus, with Regent Retail park for shopping directly opposite and Tesco/Salford Shopping Centre a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive. It is also a 20 minute walk into Deansgate and from there the city centre, so pertectly located, with also bus stops only a 2 minute walk down the road also.
