Flat with 1 tenant living in Manchester by Salford Central and looking for two new flatmates as current tenants are leaving by 18th February 2026. I’ve been living here for almost a year now and very friendly and love going out, meeting new people and spending evenings watching TV as well as keeping spaces tidy and clean. The rent for the first room is £600 (not incl. bills) with a double bedroom and a shared balcony and bathroom. The second bedroom is £635 (not incl. bills) with an en-suite and shared balcony. The flat is a duplex so has lots of space, and the first room available has a shared bathroom with 1 other, but there is also a downstairs toilet also. We also have a shared kitchen and living room. The flat is in an amazing location, just a 5 min walk to Spinningfields. Have a good sized balcony on both levels of the flat which is perfect in summer.
