2 flatmates looking for third

We’re a flat of two living in Manchester by Salford Central and we’re looking for a new flatmate as ours is leaving by 18th February 2026. We’ve been living here for almost a year now and both very friendly and love going out, meeting new people and spending evenings together watching TV as well as keeping spaces tidy and clean. The rent is £575 (not incl. bills) with a double bedroom and a shared balcony and bathroom. The flat is a duplex so has lots of space, and the room available has a shared bathroom with 1 other, but there is also a downstairs toilet also. We also have a shared kitchen and living room. The flat is in an amazing location, just a 5 min walk to Spinningfields. We are lucky enough to have good sized balcony on both levels of the flat which is perfect in summer.
