Double En-suite Room available in Downtown Salford

Hiii,

I am Amy and I have a cosy En- Suite Double Room which has become just available in my Flat as my roommate is moving away to london.

The flat is just a brief 25 minutes walk from the City Centre. The flat is on the fourth floor and has a open space concept so that the kitchen and living room are in the same space. It also comes with a Washer/Dryer and a Dishwasher.
The living room also has Floor Length windows which have a lovely view of the Canal. If you are someone who’s into running it would be ideal for your everyday runs.
The trash shute is in the same floor so that’s pretty convenient as well.

About the room, It comes with a double bed, Wardrobe, a big chest of drawers and 2 bed side tables. There’s heaters in the room as well as dining area/living space. The bathroom comes with a bathtub and a heating rack for your clothes or towels which is convenient for winters. This “Guest” bathroom is en-suite and will completely be yours since I have my own in my room.

The building has a lot of amenities like a study/work space, gym, a studio, entertainment suite, sauna and 24*7 concierge.

About me, I am a fairly social person but do also prefer my own space. So someone who respects that balance would be ideal.
I love going on walks, watching movies, reading, travelling and taking day trips, or going out for a quick bite or two, and would love to live with someone who wants to be friends rather than just roommates.
