Please navigate using the postcode on Google Maps. There are two buildings — do NOT go to Riverview by mistake.
🗓 Available Dates:
• Earliest check-in: Evening of 4 January
• Latest check-out: Evening of 28 January
💷 Rent:
• £30 per day (charged by number of days)
• Deposit: £200
💰 Payment Terms:
• A non-refundable booking deposit equal to 50% of the total rent is required to confirm the booking
• Dates cannot be changed after the deposit is paid
• The remaining 50% is payable on the check-in day
🛏 Provided Amenities:
• Hair dryer
• Shower gel
• Clean bed linen
• Free WiFi
🚭 House Rules (Strict):
• No smoking
• No damage to furniture or property
• No illegal or criminal activities
⚠️ Important Notes:
1️⃣ Please take all rubbish with you when you leave
2️⃣ Do NOT enter my roommate’s room
3️⃣ Cooking is allowed only after informing me in advance — utility costs (water/electricity) will be discussed
4️⃣ Please do not block the toilet — flush properly and in time
5️⃣ No noise at night
6️⃣ No guests or sexual partners allowed
7️⃣ Videos will be taken before check-in and after check-out to confirm the condition of the room
8️⃣ If you need to extend your stay, please inform me in advance
