We’re looking for friendly and reliable housemates to join a 6-bed student house in a Salford. Rent is £606 per month with all bills included, covering gas, electricity, water and WiFi with payments made by instalments in line with student finance. The house is fully furnished, well maintained, and offers shared kitchen and living spaces, making it ideal for students who want comfortable, hassle free living in a sociable but respectful household. We are a 10 minute drive away from the University of Salford and have links to the City Centre (there is a bus stop outside our house). We live in a quiet neighbourhood, if that’s what you’re looking for then it’s perfect for you.
