My currently flat mate is moving out at the end of February so I am looking for a new flat mate to move in at the end of February! Rent payments are due on the 5th of every month. There is a £50 transfer of ownership of tenancy fee.
Rent is £735 per month (each) and bills come
To a total of around £175 per month. Internet is already included in the monthly price of the rent.
Pictures were taken during the Christmas period. The room is of large size and includes built in wardrobes, a large bed, en-suite bathroom as well large Chester draws, so there is plenty of storage space or space for belongings. (Desk and TV not included). There is also a full length balcony. I have a PS5 pro if anyone is interested in gaming too.
There is also an on-site gym as well as co working area with free tea and coffee if you work from
Home. I am a sociable person, and would love a flat mate to be friends with too! The location is also great, being a 5 minute walk right into the Arndale centre.
