Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmates room and part of the tenancy for end of Feb - start of March. I’m looking for someone who’s very chill, organised and clean! I would like someone to stay with me here for 12 months minimum, but the tenancy does end mid August!
I’ve attached photos of when we first moved in - living room space is already decorated. The bedroom is the one you’d be staying in and have your own bathroom next door! The apartment is beautiful new build! £700 each and with bills it’ll come to around £900. I’m someone who’s very chill, loves her own space but I’d love to be friends aswell! Very clean and I need someone who is willing to stay on top of the apartment aswell. I’m into fashion, interior design, pilates and more. Love a cute coffee date or dinner!
