A furnished double bedroom

The property is a two bedroom apartment, I’m currently occupying the first room en-suite.
I’m giving out the second room which also has toilet opposite the room and it will be for your use only. The kitchen is equipped with the kitchen utensil, dinning set, deep freezer and fridge, lounge is furnished 65 inches tv , ps5 and sound bar. I don’t really stay home as i travel a lot due to nature of my job. I will appreciate someone who is clean and knows how to tidy up their house as I can’t deal with an untidy person.
This property is in a good location, working distance to salford university, salford train station, about 5 to 7 minutes drive to Salford shopping center, easy access to get on any bus going to Piccadilly.
