Spacious double room comes fully furnished on its own separate floor, ensuite with standing shower. There is also a balcony on this floor and a garden below so pets can also be considered.

Open to all genders and ages, students and professionals. Longer stay is preferred but shorter bookings are considered.

- £800 per month for individual staying 1 month+, bills included
- £200 per week for individual staying less than 1 month, bills included
- £1000 per month for couples, bills included

All utilities, super fast broadband and council tax are included in the price. Great public transport connections into the city centre, Old Trafford and Salford University.
