Some examples of house rules:
- Alternating washing machine use days
- Shared calendar with weekly schedule (any changes, we speak about them and swap days if needed)
- Put everything you take back where you found it
This may seem like a lot, however if you’re a friendly, open person that doesn’t mind sharing, and is okay having possibly uncomfortable conversations in order for comfortable living; this would be an ideal arrangement. Please do not contact me if you can’t adhere to the above.
I am a working professional and also run a business. As you can see from the apartment floor plan, we will occupy opposite sides of the apartment which is amazing for privacy. I have one small room, an office and a bathroom which spans the entire left side. You will have a double ensuite room that spans the entire right - equal space.
If there are any changes you’d like to make to the house rules, any you’d like to add, or if you just need someone to talk to; just speak to me. I have only ever lived with a sibling, so it’s totally new for me to start living with a stranger. Please let’s make sure we engage in open and honest communication. I really look forward to meeting you 🖤
