Double bedroom with private bathroom available

Lovely double bedroom available in Feb!

We’re 2 lads working in the city looking for a likeminded 3rd housemate to join us.

Ideally we’d want someone who also works in the city mon-fri so our routines/wake ups don’t clash.

Typically we’re either gyming, cooking, gaming or beer’ing at any given point.

Theres a private bathroom, next to the room that’s for that room, each room has its own. Its a spacious duplex apartment.

There’s periods where we’ll have some of our mates round for night outs or trips, we just clean afterwards.

Rent & Bills come out to around £660 per month give or take so it’s really affordable.
