Hey,

We are looking for someone to move into this room, located in ordsall, 30 seconds from the canal!!

We are both friendly and sociable girls who are seeking to live with someone who we can be friends with.

The total is £582 and then have a further cost of water which is paid every 3 months. Usually around £20 p/m.

There is available parking however it is an extra cost of £150.

There is a shared terrace area for the block which has a view of the canal and lovely in summer.
