Spare room avail, Salford, Parking, Good location

I have a spare room in the place I am currently renting which I'm looking for a housemate to join my home.

The home has a kitchen, dining room (not on photos), yard, living area, 1 bathroom, and 3 bedrooms.

The room is marked with the current roommate's furniture, the room can be unfurnished or have the bed provided with some shelving, in addition there is also half of the 3rd bedroom which is used as half office and can be half storage for whoever moves in.

Open to short term or long term, currently a rolling contract :) Available 1st of July.

50 bus is a 2 minute walk away, other buses are about 10 minute walk alongside tram stop Langworthy, Lidl/Tesco all very close by.
Street parking is included.
I have cats in which I'd prefer a housemate who likes cats not just tolerates them, but all cat responsibilities would be mine not yours.

Ideally someone who will share similar interests to socialise but also likes their own space.

£650 for rent and all bills included, no hassle!
