My housemate's moving out in March and I'm looking to fill his room. It's a spacious double room on 3rd floor in a lovely apartment that's only a few years old.
I'm 31 and looking for someone of a similar age. I'm self employed so don't have a fixed 9-5 but I'm off weekends and usually out of the apartment during the week.
The apartment is in the Wilburn Basin complex which was only built a few years ago. There's a Sainsbury's superstore over the road, and B&M, HomeBargains, Boots, TKMax on Regent Retail Park. We have a media room and work rooms available to book with concierge and an on-site gym. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from Spinningfields.
I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy, knows how to have a laugh but enjoys their own space.
The room will be available March 9th.
