Looking for someone to take over my housemate’s tenancy at Local Crescent.

The building offers top-tier amenities, including an on-site gym, swimming pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, cinema room, roof gardens, and multiple communal spaces for relaxing, working, and communal dining.

The flat itself is larger than most in the building and is kept to a very high standard, which I’m keen to maintain. The available room is a spacious double en-suite, featuring both a bath and a separate shower.

Rent is £787 per month, and with bills included it typically works out at around £950+, depending on water and electricity usage.

About me

I’m 29 and a full-time professional. I’m very laid-back, chilled, and respectful, and I value a calm, positive home environment. I enjoy a good balance between staying in and going out — equally happy with a movie night, gaming, or music at home as I am heading out and being social.

I’m into movies, music, gaming, working out, and generally looking after myself. I don’t drink, but I’m still very much up for a good time and socialising. The household is no pork, so I’m looking for someone who’s comfortable with that.

I also have a cat — he’s fully trained, very well behaved, and honestly the sweetest boy. He loves to play but is also more than happy to lounge around and relax all day, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with a cat (most people end up loving him).

Who I’m looking for

I’m ideally looking for someone who’s fun, outgoing, and easy to get along with, but who also respects personal space and boundaries. Someone clean, considerate, and on a similar wavelength — happy to chat and hang out occasionally, but also independent and mindful of each other’s routines.
