Looking for a third flatmate

A friend and I currently have our eye on a 3-bed in Salford, just off Blackfriars Rd. It has 3 bathrooms and an open kitchen/lounge. It's a new build, only 5 years old so its modern. 164pp but due to room differences we're planning to have slightly different costs per room, probably around 150-190pp (will be discussed). One room is ensuite, which we are looking to fill (why we'd like this person to pay more). Even if this one falls through, we'd still be needing a third for any 150-165 range places.

We are both bio science students at UoM and prefer quiet living. We're clean, friendly and generally easygoing. One athlete (late/early comings and goings) but definitely doesn't disturb the peace.
We'd like someone clean and we are not fussed if you like to stay in or go out, as long as it doesn't cause too much disturbance.
