Double En-Suite Room Available ASAP | Female Only

I’m moving out of my double room in a gorgeous flat at 3 Lockside Lane, New Maker Yards, and my two lovely flatmates Nina and Hannah are looking for another female to take over the room. Only 5 min walk from Spinningfields, very central city centre!

The room is huge for the price and comes fully furnished with a double bed, large double wardrobe, and your own en-suite bathroom with storage. There’s loads of space, it honestly doesn’t feel cramped at all and is great if you work from home or just want room to breathe.

The flat itself is modern, bright, and fully furnished, with a shared open-plan kitchen and living space that’s great for chilling together. There’s also a balcony with amazing sunset views, which is a real bonus in the evenings.

You’d be sharing with Nina and Hannah, who are friendly, relaxed, and respectful. It’s a nice, easygoing flat where everyone gets on and looks after the place.

The room is available ASAP as I need to move out quickly as I’m going travelling, so viewings can be arranged straight away.
