Middlewood Locks - Double Room with En-Suite

Recently bought a flat in Manchester and I’m looking for someone to share the flat with myself.

Both bedrooms are identical & have just been repainted and had new carpet put down.

The room for rent has a double bed (ottoman), two bedside tables and an integrated wardrobe. The room also has an en-suite with a bath/shower.

The room is south facing and gets plenty of daylight, and has great views of the whole of Manchester (see pics).

There is a shared lounge / kitchen, with an integrated oven, microwave and 4 induction hobs for cooking. I also have a Nespresso coffee machine as well which is available to use. There is also a 3-seat kitchen island for cooking / eating / working.

In the lounge, there is a large L shape sofa and a TV with Netflix / Amazon Prime / other streaming services.

There is a balcony with views of the whole of Manchester.

There is no car park space on offer as I am already using the only one attached to the flat, however I believe there are ways to rent car spaces off people in nearby buildings who do not use them.

Personality wise, I’m looking for someone with a similar lifestyle to myself. Ideally a young professional who is in an office for a good chunk of the week (WFH 5x a week not ideal). I am pretty active, go to the gym most days midweek & usually do something social at the weekends. Looking for someone fairly social but also want the flat quiet and chilled midweek, and obviously wanting someone who is clean, tidy, respectful etc.
