• Note: There is a parking space, but it is currently in use by us.

• Move in: March 31st
• Contract: 6 months initially (until October), with potential to extend.

• Bills: Approx. ~£100/month.
• Council Tax: Band C
Who we are looking for:
• Male, aged 21-25.
• Non-smoker / No drug use.
• Clean, respectful, and easy-going.
