Me and my flat mate are looking to move out of our 2 bed, 2 bath flat at Embankment Exchange in Salford (M3), Greengate area. The flat is a few minutes walk away from Selfridges in town.
Both bedrooms are fully furnished as pictured. One of the bedrooms comes with a tv mounted onto the wall. Both bedrooms come with en suite bathrooms, one shower, the other with a bath & shower head.
The living room comes fully furnished as shown. Kitchen has a built in microwave, oven, dishwasher and a washer / dryer.
The building has a concierge reception, gym, spa and a communal room. The building is brand new, we were the first people in this flat and have only been in it since August.
Bills are not included. Water, electricity, council tax and wifi will need to be paid additionally per month. Cost of rent is £1450 a month, split between two is £725 pcm.
This will be for a tenancy take over - Our tenancy is currently until the 27th August 2026. There will be the opportunity to extend your lease at the end of this period.
New tenants will be required to provide and pass referencing for income, right to rent, landlord reference, and credit check with our estate agents.
We are looking to move from the start of March onwards, however please bare in mind you will need to go through the process of passing these checks so a date would need to be confirmed at a later date.
