I’m looking for a female flatmate to live with me in my apartment at Local Crescent.

The building has amazing amenities, including an on-site gym, swimming pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, cinema room, roof gardens, and multiple communal spaces for relaxing, working, and socialising.

The flat itself is larger than most in the building as it’s an end/corner apartment, and it’s kept to a very high standard - something that’s important to me and I’m keen to maintain.

The available room is a spacious double en-suite with a bath/shower with views of the city. It has a double bed with a brand new mattress and built in wardrobes

Rent is £1,050 per month with all bills included!

Free parking is available if you manage to get a space or there is a car park that always has availability for roughly £5 per 24 hours.

About me

I’m 23 and work full-time in recruitment. I’m in the office four days a week and work from home on Wednesdays. I enjoy going to the gym, long walks, cooking and baking, and generally keeping busy.

I’m sociable and love going out for food and drinks, but I’m just as happy having chilled evenings in watching TV or films. I’m friendly, laid-back, and easy to live with, and I’m hoping to find someone similar.

As I own the flat, I take a lot of pride in my space - I’m very clean and organised, and I’m looking for a flatmate who feels the same and enjoys keeping a tidy, calm home.
