Bright double room with en suite (house share)

A bright, comfortable double room with en suite shower room available in a friendly house share in Salford.

The room comes fully furnished with:
- Bed and mattress and bed side tables
- Wardrobe
- Chest of drawers
(Room will be freshly cleaned before a new tenant moves in.)

You’ll be sharing a kitchen and lounge with two women in their 30s. In the kitchen you’ll have:
- Your own cupboard
- Your own shelf in the fridge
- Your own drawer in the freezer - plus shared drawers for a bit of overspill!
There’s also a communal garage we use for storage.

We split bills between three (Council tax, internet, water, tv licence, electric meter topped up equally as needed) and use Splitwise for communal items like kitchen roll etc. Rent is £495.33 and with bills, total costs are approx £695 per month.

On street parking usually available, and the house is close to MediaCityUK, tram stops and shops. The house has a relaxed, friendly vibe- everyone is independent and generally cracks on with their own lives, but there’s occasional socialising like dinner together or watching TV.

Looking for:
Ideally another woman in her 30s who’s friendly, considerate, tidy, and happy in a calm house share. Move in date: from Saturday 28th Feb - first rent due Tuesday 3 March.
