Double room available in Salford

I’m looking for a housemate to take over the other half of my tenancy immediately, as my current housemate is moving out. I’ve lived here for 5 years and absolutely adore the house, so I’m planning to stay for at least another year or two. Ideally looking for someone long term.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac in Salford, about a 15-minute walk to Market Street, with train stations, buses, and shops all close by. There’s also a driveway available if you have a car. You’ll have a bright double room, and you’ll be sharing a spacious living area, bathroom, and kitchen.

I’m hoping to find a like-minded housemate who’s respectful, outgoing, and easy to live with. I work full time in hospitality (no super late finishes!) and I also have pet cats. So no other pets please!
Rent is £540 and bills will be £300 per month.
