I am moving out mid March and I am looking to find a suitable replacement asap.
Double room with en-suite available for rent in Local Crescent, Chapel street, Salford. 25 minute walk to city centre and good bus routes outside the front door. The apartment block has a gym, pool, sauna and steam room which are kept in good condition.
The remaining flatmate is lovely. She is a working professional and is in work every day so does not work from home. She likes to keep the apartment clean and tidy. She likes to go to yoga and gym in the evenings. She also like to get along with her flatmates but appreciates that downtime and personal space is needed.
