Double En-suite in Salford

I am relocating in summer for work so will be moving out of my room from 22 Aug 2026 (all being well).

It is a double room with en-suite for rent in Local Crescent, Chapel street, Salford. 25 minute walk to city centre and good bus routes outside the front door. The apartment block has a gym, pool, sauna and steam room which are kept in good condition. The council tax band is C (a rate of £200).

The remaining flatmate will be my roommate a female working professional with some work in office days and other WFH. We have a calm and relaxed dynamic and like to keep the apartment clean and tidy. It is important to find a good match for the apartment, current roommate will appreciate a balance of socialising and chilling. She's looking for a flatmate who is friendly, considerate, and tidy, and who enjoys a good balance of socialising and having their own downtime. Out and about she enjoys going to gigs and trying new places to eat or drink.
