Close to the University of Salford and Salford Crescent train station.

You would be sharing with one other tenant. The available room is the larger bedroom.

Looking for a tidy, respectful housemate. This would be to replace myself as the tenant, subject to landlord/agent approval. A deposit is required for the room, subject to landlord/agent approval.
