Hey everyone,
We are an Australian couple living just across the canal from Aviva Studio in the Middlewood Locks apartment complex. The apartment is 2 bed 2 bathroom, you'd be taking the Master room with en suite, king bed and built in robe.
The complex includes a shared working area, and parcel room, there is also a Co-Op and a Cafe.
We would really like to keep the apartment as the location and the living environment is so fantastic. Our current flatmate is moving out at the end of April and we want someone to take over her lease with us. Our only strict prerequisite is that our new tenant has a CONFIRMED UK Guarantor as it is a vital part in the lease application succession.
We leave for Australia for just short of two weeks in April (awkward timing we know...) so ideally we'd like to confirm who is to be taking over the lease with us before we leave but not move in nor pay before our current flatmate departs.
Rent is £1500/month which is split even to £750/month each, WiFi included. Other utilities (electricity and water) not included in rent.
We are only looking for a single person to fill the room, as the apartment would feel very cramped with 2 couples. Someone who is clean and tidy and willing to share the responsibility of upkeeping the apartment cleanliness.
