I’m looking for a new flatmate to take the second double bedroom in my place in Salford. It’s a really great spot - super secure with gated access, but also really handy for getting around Manchester. I’m looking for someone easy-going, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I’d love to find someone who isn't just a "passing ship" though and ideally, we’d sometimes grab a drink, head out to village for a night out and chill together. But I also completely respect the need for downtime and personal space.

• The Room: A spacious, bright double room (furnished) I’m happy for you to put some frames etc. on the walls too.
• Shared Spaces: You’ll have full access to a cozy living room and a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom is shared, but kept clean and tidy!
• Perks: The complex features communal gardens (perfect for summer), a small on-site gym, and free parking.
Location & Transport
• Anchorage Tram Stop: 5-minute walk.
• MediaCityUK: 10-minute walk (bars, restaurants, and the Lowry).
• City Centre: A bus stop is right outside the gates for a quick hop into Manchester or you can walk to Deansgate in 30 minutes.
• Security: Peace of mind with full fob access and gated entry.
