Double ensuite in 2 Bed flat

The room is available as soon as you like. The current contract runs until the 10th of July.

Its a 10 min walk down the river from Spinngingfields/ Deansgate. The building is called Downtown and is a nice calm location and not far from Cornbrook tram stop. The bedroom, ensuite bathroom and living space are all a good size, doesn't feel like you're getting scammed. The bathroom has a door connecting to the living space but I just had it locked permanently. The living room has a nice view facing away from the city. I've lived there for 3 years with no issues and been happy with it.

My flatmate is a pretty chill, easy going guy who splits his time between London and Manchester. He will look to move out in July too at the end of the contract but It's a really nice place, shouldn't be too hard to find someone new and definitely worth it.
