Room available in Salford Quays - Apartment!

Hey loves!

I’m Paige, a 29 year old singer and I’m currently looking for someone to take over my other tenants room in Salford Quays.

It has a double bed and even though an en suite isn’t available, you have your own bathroom with a HUGE mirror! Your room is the balcony room which is so nice for summertime. Your room is completely furnished and you even have a television which I’ve added a firestick so you can watch all your favourite programmes!

I have lived here for 5 years this year and I have made it into a home and would love if somebody was able to make themselves at home here. For where we are located it is such a good deal to be paying £575 a month each. The bills normally come to £225.58 (Electric, Water, Internet, Council Tax, Sky Viewing).

I do share the flat with my little tuxedo boy ‘Alan’. He is extremely popular and loves a fuss! He gives the best cuddles and is extremely friendly.

I am currently establishing myself as a singer in my own business, catering to functions, weddings etc! However I am not the sort of singer who is bellowing at all hours or even remotely inconsiderate to sharing a space.

I love having wine nights, watching trash TV like housewives, vanderpump rules, love island, love any films really! I also love cooking and just generally having social nights. Aside this, I LOVE an early night and look forward to my morning coffee.

I am really hoping to find a flat mate that shares the same interests as me, is genuinely lovely and hopefully wants to renew for a second year (I find this process a little stressful!).

I am full of heart, I love gossip, I love helping people, making them laugh and genuinely find myself to be a good listener so not only are we flat mates, I’m always here as a friend.

You have EVERYTHING you need in Salford Quays, Tesco Express, Takeaway, Mcdonalds, Starbucks and even an outdoor leisure centre where I do actually enjoy swimming in the quays! Also pubs (which I love).

This place is the PERFECT opportunity to save money for whatever your next destination may be. I am looking to leave within the next two years however, I could be convinced to stay with the right person and friendship!
