Room: TWA F01 RA (Block A, Flat 01, Room A)
Fully furnished
Shared kitchen/lounge
Access to on‑site laundry, common room, and other facilities
📅 Tenancy Period
Contract runs: 2 Sept 2025 → 18 Aug 2026
you can take over from now
💷 What You’d Pay
You’d only be responsible for the last instalment, which covers:
5 May 2026 → 18 Aug 2026
Amount: £2,392.50
(if you take over earlier than may we can agree apon a price. most likey only £100 a week as already paid for this installment)
✔️ Requirements (from the tenancy agreement)
Must be a full‑time student
Must sign a new tenancy agreement for the remaining term
May need a guarantor if paying in instalments
The contract states:
“If the Tenant can find another suitable replacement tenant… the Landlord will allow the Tenant to end this tenancy.”
“The New Tenant must sign a tenancy agreement for a period equal to the rest of the fixed term.”
