The property is a 3 storey modern house within walking distance to Salford Quays Tramstop.

The house consists of a shared kitchen and living room with a new kitchen, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tv.

There is also a cloakroom on the ground floor.

There will be one housemate on the 2nd floor and yourself on the 1st floor (total of 2 people).

The available room is on the first floor and you will have sole use of the bathroom which consists of a bath with a shower over.

The room comes furnished with a new double bed and mattress, new wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.

There is a Morrisons local and other shops within a 2 minute walk from the house.

Bills are all included except tv licencing.

There is also complimentary Virgin Media Broadband.
