Need to someone to take over my lease over summer

House for May - August 26 l've got a space available in a 5 bed 2 bath house.
Beautiful student cribs 4 month accommodation - 01/05-31/08. £173 a week including all bills bar electricity. 5 minutes walk from main campus and Salford Cresent station. Free parking, shared front garden, and gated community. We looking for someone kind and fun but you don't have to hang out with us if that's not your thing
We are all generally quite clean and tidy people as well but aren't annoying with it.
