You'd be living with two easy going sociable lads (both 25). Flat is really nice, with all the basic amenities (dishwasher, washer/dryer, lots of storage space) and lots of natural light + a balcony. Theres also a free co-working space that's attached to a good coffee shop if you WFH.
Very good location, 10/15 mins walk into deansgate, large Sainsbury's + gym 5 mins away and a co-op just downstairs.
