I’m looking for a new flatmate to share my 2-bed, 2-bath corner flat. Both rooms have an en-suite (and no party bedroom wall!!). The building has a 24/7 concierge, rooftop garden, gym, yoga studio, sauna, steam room, cinema room and a co working space (with a vending and coffee machine).

Located just below cornbrook tram stop (you can see it from your room and the living room). It takes about 10-15 mins to walk there. Great for anyone wanting a place with great transport links

Flat is located a 5 minute walk east to a KFC and Mcdonalds (you won’t go as often as you think, I promise 😂), Regeant retail park which has a Sainsbury’s, Costa coffee, JD gym etc. A short walk west will take you to a Co-Op and a newly opened Tesco express

About me: I’m a 32 year old professional who works in the office 4 days a week and works from home one day a week. I’m originally from Scotland and have lived in Manchester now for almost 7 years. I like to eat out, travel and try new experiences. I’d say I’m an outrovert. Sociable, but also socially awkward in large groups.

I’m ideally looking for someone close in age to myself. (Bonus points if you’re an older sister). I’d like someone who’s friendly, clean and respectful of the shared spaces and the building in general. I’d like to be friends with my flatmate as I am with my former two.
