Looking for someone to take over a my best-friend's room in a 2-bedroom house on a very peaceful cul-de-sac in Salford M3, close to the River Irwell.

• Shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room.

• Spacious living room
• Huge rear garden with garden furniture – great in the summer
• Quiet residential street

Location
• 15 minutes to the nearest gym
• 9-minute walk to Lidl
• 15-minute walk to the nearest bus stop
• Around 30 minutes’ walk to Manchester city centre

Tenancy
• Available 13th of April
• Contract through the landlord

I am a 26-year-old professional from Poland working a hybrid job. I am easy-going and like to keep the house calm, tidy, and relaxed.

Who I am looking for
• Clean and friendly working professional
• Preferably veggie (not a requirement!)
• Someone who respects a quiet home environment – no parties pls

I also have a playful indoor cat, so you’d need to be comfortable with him roaming around the house :) He’s fully vaccinated.
