I am looking for someone to take over my flatmates room, we have been living at Blackfriars for around a year together, our tenancy has come to an end and whilst she has decided to move, I have loved living here so have decided to stay at the property.

About the flat
Rent is £725 each
Bills come to around £210 (Council tax, water, electric and wifi)
Deposit, this will need to be discussed with the agent but I believe it is 5 weeks or you can apply for the no deposit scheme (references will be required also)
Washing machine inc
10th Floor
Large living room/kitchen area
Balcony

There is a small workspace downstairs, a gym, cinema room and concierge

We also get discounts at The Blackfriars Pub and Lee & Roobs which are right next to the building

Room includes a built in wardrobe, two chest of drawers and two bedside tables

All the kitchen items i. e. microwave, toaster kettle etc will be staying as well as the living room TV.

A little about me -

I'm 28, moved to Manchester around 2 years ago from Essex.

I am a Legal PA as well as an online coach so I work from home most days apart from one day a week however, I have a desk in my room so keep myself to myself during the days and spend the evenings training mostly!

I value my downtime and having a peaceful living environment. Most of my spare time is doing something activity based, running, gym or walks and going for coffees☕️

I am a clean and tidy person, love to socialise and focus on surrounding myself with good energy🙏I'd love to hear from you if you think we'd be a good fit 🫶🏻
