I’m sadly moving out due to a job in another city, so my room is available in what’s genuinely been a hidden gem of an apartment.

The room itself is fully furnished, modern and really spacious, with its own private balcony. I’ve honestly loved living here and wouldn’t be leaving if I didn’t have to.
You’ll be sharing with two girls in their late twenties who both work in professional careers. They’re friendly, easy to live with, and the house strikes a really nice balance between social and respectful of personal space. There’s also a dachshund in the flat, looked after by one of the housemates, so it’s a dog-friendly home.

Costs:
Rent: £666.67 per month
Council Tax: £86.34 per month
Bond: £600

The room comes furnished, with the option to include the mattress for an additional £100.

Contract details:
Minimum 6 month contract
Move-in from Sunday 29 March (flexible if needed)
30 days notice to move out, or less if a replacement is found.

The building itself is a big part of what makes this place special. You get free access to a 24/7 concierge, pool, sauna, gym with fitness classes, a residents rooftop, private cinema room, and plenty of great work-from-home spaces.

Location-wise, it’s ideal. About a 10 minute walk into the city centre, 20 minutes to Piccadilly Gardens, Peel Park right across the road, and multiple bus routes directly outside.

When I first moved over from Australia, location and safety were really important to me, and this place ticked every box. It’s felt like luxury living without the usual price tag.
