I am currently looking to move out from my room in this beautiful flat due to a change in my personal circumstances.

Myself and my flatmate Dylan are searching for someone to take my double room as soon as possible.

Dylan is a 26 year old professional - He’s easy to live with, very clean, friendly, quiet and overall a very easygoing guy.
We have shared this flat for 8 months with zero issues.

We are looking for a clean, responsible and friendly flatmate to take my double room.
Men are preferred but women are welcome.

The rent is currently £650, with bills and council tax (Band B) bringing the overall cost to £853 every month.

The flat is very spacious, you will have your own bathroom and the lounge is large bright space with a beautiful view.
There is a double bed in the room (just not shown in pictures but can show)
It is located just 5 minutes walk from Deansgate, and 10 minutes walk from the centre of the city.
Salford Central train station is also across the road from the apartment building, and there are several bus stops around the area.
