My flatmate is moving out at the end of April, so a lovely room will be available from May.

The flat is located in Salford, just a 10-minute walk from Salford Quays. A great area with plenty of shops, restaurants, and transport links.

You’ll be sharing the flat with just me, so it’s a calm and comfortable space. The property has two bedrooms, a cosy living area, a small balcony, and parking space for up to two cars.

It’s a nice, quiet neighbourhood, perfect if you’re looking for a relaxed place to live.

The room can be flexible with furniture, if you have your own bed, bedside table, or other pieces, you’re very welcome to bring them and make the space your own.
