My double room will be available for short-term rent while I am travelling. The closet will be entirely empty so that you can use it at your own convenience.

The room is available from May 5, 2026 to May 31, 2026. This is for £750 including all bills

If needed, you can also stay during the first 2 weeks of June for £400 extra.
The bedroom has it's own bathroom.

The flat is located in The Slate Yard, a modern building very close to Spinningfields.

It includes:

- a free gym in the building that you can use

- meeting rooms
- secure covered bike area
- 5 minute walk into Spinningfields
- Sainsbury's supermarket is 1 minute walk

The room is on a high floor with amazing views of Manchester, and it has a balcony.
It is a two-bedroom apartment. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and you would be sharing with a friendly female PhD student from Latin America.

The city centre is 5-10 minutes away.
The University of Manchester is around a 30-minute walk or a 12-minute cycle away.
