Short-term room available during May

I will be outside the UK, so my room will be available for a short-term rent. If you are interested, please get in touch.

The intention is to rent the room during May. The rent is £800 for the room, plus £50 including all bills.

There is some flexibility if you need a little bit more days. There is also the option to stay a couple of additional weeks during June (first and second week) for additional £400.

We are open to anyone, but if you are from Latin America and/or currently undertaking a PhD or postdoctoral research, we encourage you to get in touch!

The flat is located in The Slate Yard, a modern development in the city centre. It is a two-bedroom apartment, and each tenant has their own bathroom.

The University of Manchester is around a 30-minute walk or a 12-minute cycle away.

The building offers secure covered bicycle storage, a gym, meeting rooms, dining areas, and is pet-friendly.
