Hi, I’m Anna and looking for someone to replace me on the existing tenancy as I’m relocating back to Newcastle mid May.
Bills per month (Already split below so you’ll have an idea of what your share would be)

Gas/Electric £40-£80 (Now that the weather is getting warmer it will likely be £35/£45)
Internet £27
Water £25
The house is a lovely Victorian terrace property with 2 bedrooms and shared kitchen/bathroom/living areas. Local bus stops for transport into town are only a minute or two walk from the house and closest tram is around 10 minutes. Super close to a Lidl and you’ll also have Salford shopping centre/large Tesco so if you don’t drive you’ll only have a short walk for groceries. There is on street parking in front of the house so if you do own a car there’s plenty room to park.
