Double room available near Manchester City centre

Hello! My flatmate is moving out end of this month and I’m looking for someone to join me and my kitten Oscar (he is neutered) in our gorgeous flat right near Manchester City centre. Market street is a ten minute walk away, there is a balcony however this will be closed off soon due to building works (rent will be reduced though!).

I’m a structural engineer, 27, gay, and looking for someone who is clean and respectful but also fun and sociable! I like to go climbing and gym, play board games, video games, go dancing (two step with me?). Bills come to about £230 a month including water, electricity, WiFi (we will need to renew this), and council tax (Band D)
