Spacious Double Room in Modern 2-Bed Flat – available from July

I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my room in this lovely 2-bedroom flat – it’s been a great place to live!

The room itself is very spacious and easily fits everything you need. I’ve comfortably had a clothes rack, extra bedside table, chest of drawers, and even a table in here without it feeling cramped. The room comes furnished with:
• A large, comfortable double bed with under-bed storage
• Two bedside tables
• A wardrobe

You will also get a main bathroom!

The living area is bright and welcoming, with great views facing the city. It’s fully set up with two sofas, an armchair, coffee tables, a dining set, and a TV – perfect for relaxing or having friends over. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and furniture provided by my flatmate, all of which will remain for shared use.

The building itself is modern and well-maintained, offering excellent amenities including:

• Bookable meeting and cinema rooms
• 24/7 concierge
• Parking available (additional cost)

Location-wise, you really couldn’t ask for better – everything is within easy reach:
• 5-minute walk to Castlefield
• 10-minute walk to Deansgate
• 3-minute walk to Salford Regent Retail Park (TK Maxx, Home Bargains, Boots, JD Gym, JD Sports, Costa Coffee, and a large Sainsbury’s with Argos)

There’s also a great little hidden gem nearby – Maya Bakery – perfect for weekend brunches.

About the current flatmate:
Abbie is a friendly, considerate, and very tidy person, making her great to live with. She works a 9–5 office schedule during the week, so the flat is usually quiet on weekdays, with more chance to catch up and socialise on evenings or weekends.

She’s ideally looking for someone of a similar age (23–30) and lifestyle, who would enjoy the occasional chat or relaxed evening together while still respecting each other’s space.

Please note: this is not suitable for students, and unfortunately pets aren’t allowed in the flat.
